E-Consent

Introduction. You are submitting a request to be matched with one of our third-party lenders through Bright Loan Capital. In order to offer you a loan, these lenders must obtain your consent to use and accept electronic signatures, electronic records, and electronic disclosures (“E-Consent”). This notice explains your rights when receiving disclosures, notices, and other information electronically. By clicking the link indicating your agreement to our terms, you confirm that you have received this E-Consent and that you agree to conduct transactions using electronic signatures, electronic disclosures, electronic records, and electronic contract documents (“Disclosures”).
Option for Paper or Non-Electronic Records. You may request paper copies of any Disclosures directly from the third-party lender. Paper copies will be provided at no cost. The lender will maintain all records as required by applicable law.
Scope of Consent. This E-Consent applies to all online interactions between you and the third-party lender, including interactions conducted through any mobile device such as a phone, smartphone, or tablet. By providing your E-Consent, the lender may process your information and communicate with you electronically throughout all online interactions. The lender may send notices electronically in connection with these interactions and transactions. Disclosures may be provided through Bright Loan Capital’s website, the lender’s website, or by email.
Consenting to Conduct Business Electronically. Before choosing to conduct business electronically with the lender, please ensure you have the necessary hardware and software capabilities described below.
Hardware and Software Requirements. To view and retain electronic Disclosures, you will need a PC or Mac, or another device capable of accessing the Internet; access to an email account; and a web browser that supports at least 128-bit encryption, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape, or Mozilla Firefox. Some documents may require a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader X or Foxit. To save copies of Disclosures for future reference, you will need access to a printer or a long-term electronic storage device such as your computer’s hard drive. Questions regarding hardware and software requirements may be directed to the third-party lenders.
Withdrawing Consent. Your E-Consent for Bright Loan Capital’s matching service and the lender’s initial review of your request cannot be withdrawn because it is part of a one-time transaction. If you are matched with a third-party lender, you may withdraw your E-Consent with that lender at any time and at no cost. However, withdrawing your E-Consent before receiving credit may prevent the lender from providing you with credit. Contact the lender directly if you wish to withdraw your E-Consent. Withdrawing consent will not affect the legal validity or enforceability of prior electronic Disclosures.
Changes to Your Contact Information. You are responsible for keeping the lender informed of any changes to your email address or mailing address. Updates may be submitted through the lender’s website or by mail.
Your Ability to Access Disclosures. By clicking the link, you confirm that you are able to access the Disclosures in the formats described above.
Consent. By clicking the link, you agree to the terms of this E-Consent. You confirm that you have read this information regarding electronic signatures, electronic records, electronic disclosures, and transacting business electronically. You consent to the use of electronic signatures, to receiving all Disclosures electronically, and to conducting business with the lender electronically. You understand that you may request paper copies of Disclosures at no cost. If you choose not to proceed, you indicate that you do not wish to use electronic signatures or complete this transaction electronically. You also acknowledge that consenting to electronic disclosures is required in order to receive services from third-party lenders online through Bright Loan Capital.
